General Information:
All Federal, State, and local laws apply. We do not ship firearms to individuals. Firearms will only be shipped to federally licensed dealers (FFLs) or to federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies within the CONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii.  Under no conditions will we ship firearms overseas or to U.S. Territories. 

Any fees charged by the receiving dealer are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  No firearms will be shipped until we have received an ink-signed photocopy of your dealer's FFL (faxed copies are acceptable if completely legible) or a properly executed agency purchase order or letter that has been signed by the agency's Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO). 

Placing an order with Code 4, LLC is your afirmation that the transfer, possession, and use of the purchased item is in compliance with your state and local laws and that you accept and will abide by all Terms & Conditions as listed on this page.

You must be 21 years of age or older to order any firearm.  At our sole discretion Code 4, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any point in the transaction for any reason and without liability.  Code 4, LLC is not liable for any damage or loss related to the use or misuse of our products including damage or loss due to the subsequent sale, theft, or loss of any item(s) purchased from us.

Pricing:
All listed and quoted prices reflect a 3% cash discount. The cash discount cannot be earned when paying with credit or debit cards.   

Agency prices listed on this site are Federal Excise Tax (FET) exempt and are available to state and local law enforcement agencies only.  We offer reduced pricing on many duty firearms and accessories to sworn police offers with proof of LEO status.  In order to obtain the law enforcement officer discount we must have a properly executed authorization letter from your agency and we must ship the firearm to you at your agency.  Non-restricted items are available to non-LE customers at competitive retail prices. 

Prices on many items may not be listed due to fluctuating wholesale costs so please contact us for current price and availability. Listed prices cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Methods:

Credit and Debit Cards - The 3% cash discount cannot be earned when paying with a credit or debit card.  

Your credit or debit card will not be billed until we ship your item.  However, your card will be charged immediately when placing a deposit on an item or when we place a special order at your request.  

LE agencies are billed net-30. 

All non-agency orders must be paid in full via money order or bank check prior to delivery unless previous arrangements have been made with Code 4.  All personal and business checks are held for ten (10) business days. Sales within WA State are subject to 8.9% WA State sales tax.


Warranty & Return Information:

PLEASE NOTE: You must call us to obtain a return authorization.  No returns will be authorized unless an item is not as advertized and you obtain prior return authorization.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.  We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on any item returned for any purpose.  Returned merchandise must be returned to us in the unopened factory package.  Any returned item that has been used, damaged, altered, installed, worked on, or that is not in the condition it was in when shipped to the buyer by Code 4, LLC will void the buyer's return privileges.  Charges will apply to damaged or used merchandise.

New Items - Code 4, LLC is not a warranty repair site for any manufacturer.  Defective merchandice must be sent to the appropriate manufacturer for warranty repair or exchange.  

Used Items:
All used items including firearms are safety and function checked upon receipt by Code 4, LLC and again before shipment.  However, all used items are sold "As-Is" and are not returnable.  We highly recommend that the buyer have all used firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use.


Shipping:
We make every effort to ship your in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt of payment and all required documentation. Shipping costs within CONUS for in-stock firearms are $30.00 for long guns & $20.00 for handguns. S&H costs for other items depend on the size and weight of the items and the destination zip code.  Insurance is NOT included unless the buyer requests and pays for it prior to shipment.  We ship all long guns via UPS or Federal Express Ground and ship all handguns via USPS Priority Mail.  If the FFL that will be receiving your firearm does not have USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex service the buyer is responsible for the increased cost of alternative shipping.  Shipping on drop-ship orders to LE agencies is included in our quoted prices.  

Insurance is not provided unless specfically requested and paid for by the buyer prior to shipment.  Code 4, LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft sustained during shipping.  The buyer must make all claims for loss or damage with the carrier.  We suggest that the buyer retain all packaging material for inspection by the carrier. Failure to do so may void your claim.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. No order for firearms will be processed until we have received a properly executed agency purchase order/letter and FET exemption form, or an ink-signed copy of a valid FFL and full payment.  Please allow up to 10 business days from the time you mail your payment and documentation for us to receive it and process your order.

Restricted Items and/or Locales:
We will not ship a firearm, high-capacity feeding device, or any other item to any locale where the item is prohibited for any reason.
